Refund policy

You can return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Contact us first for a return authorization; returns sent without one can't be processed.

You pay the return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If our supplier charges a restocking fee for that product, we deduct it from the refund and tell you the amount before you send it back.

Opened or installed products are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
