Shipping policy

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only (no Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, APO/FPO or international for now).

Shipping is a flat rate per product, shown at checkout before you pay.

Most orders ship from our distribution partner's warehouses within 1–2 business days and arrive in about 2–7 business days by ground carrier. Multi-item orders can arrive in several packages on different days.

Packages may not carry IETEL branding.

You'll receive tracking by email when each package ships.

If a package arrives damaged, keep the box and contact us within 48 hours.
